It was short but good

The building was nicely presented and clean. The room itself was modern and quite clean. Those parts were terrific.
Negatives:
I was not informed, until arrival that parking was an additional fee. The wifi did not work properly and required a visit from guest services, wherein they did not actually fix the problem. The bed comfort was meh, at best (although I do realize that is a subjective issue). Lastly, the hotel ran out of hot water! When I had a shower, looking forward to a nice hot shower to start my day, I was faced with a a bird bath in a freezing cold shower and then had to shave with freezing cold water- NOT IMPRESSED!
