Positives: Holiday Inn Lakeshore is my location of choice when I travel to Windsor and Essex County. The staff know who I am, they are friendly and accomodating. The one item that I would stress is the room and entire environment promotes a feeling of safety and security. As a woman, I appreciate this greatly as I am well aware of the number of new construction starts and the need for the workers to also have accommodations that are centrally located. As well as the fact that I always see families with children.

Negatives: Believe it or not, the one item that is consistently in need of improvement is the lack of klenex; every time I stay I swear, there is only one klenex in the entire box! I know that paper is a hot commodity, but could the housekeeping standard be changed to two boxes per room?
