Elena the night person was fabulous helping us after a bad experience before we got there. She went above and beyond.
Negatives:
The room and bed was so small we had to sleep crosswise in the bed. My friend had to sleep with her feet on the radiator. Workmen were working on the roof right outside our window at 7:00 am shouting to each other and using power tools.

fantastic for the kids, they did there own thing, restaurant staff very patient with 3 undecided child customers ordering from the menu, front desk and management excellent.
Negatives:
three story hotel, we were on the top floor, elevator only services lower floors, lots of stairs with heavy cases, not recommended for seniors with there grand kids on the top floor, premium floor is the ground floor.
