Fantastic breakfast with so many options. The breads were fresh, the juices were tasty, and the pancakes were great as well. I truly recommend Best Western for their stay and breakfast, especially as it's mostly included in the price.
Negatives:
The hotel is a little bit away from the city centre, which is actually quite fine when you want to come into and leave London. Other than than, no complains really.

The breakfast which was included was excellent. Quality and large selection vs many other hotel offerings. Also, rooms were well equipped with modern style and furniture. Bed was very comfortable (semi-firm) and pillows were awesome.
Negatives:
There is NOT a lot of parking if the hotel is full / semi-full. One access door /key-card was not working....while things do happen, for a hotel this should be fixed ASAP.

It was a very nice hotel room, I received a free upgrade when I arrived. The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean. I loved the fact that they offered breakfast in the morning.
Negatives:
I didn't love the fact that the elevator was so far away from the lobby. I thought I missed it at first. I also didn't love the pool temperature, but that is because I am a big wimp when it comes yo water temperature.
