I was having major surgery in London and this hospital, but was very very accommodating. I wish I had gotten the girls name at the front desk, but she was excellent. The best I’ve ever had. And I’ve stayed in many many many hotels throughout the world.

The waiter in the restuarant is very nice, he was offering us options that doesn’t contain Ham.
Very nice staff overall.

Very very very noisy, the room near the pool which is not good at all.
Kids were runnning in the corridor at 12 AM which unpleasant and unacceptable.

We booked a place with a pool so that my pregnant friend could float, but we weren’t aware that several child hockey teams booked the same weekend. Needless to say, the pool became a child-only zone, cannonballs and screaming. It would have been nice to have some quiet hours built into the pool schedule so that everyone could make use of the facility.
