Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Tuesday, Apr 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, Apr 16th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Important Information

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: The property may authorize credit cards 24 hours in advance to your arrival date. Should a credit card decline, we make every effort to contact our guests. If property is unable to contact reservation is subject to be canceled.
