The hotel is the worst homewood suites I have been to.Its VERRRRRY DIRTY.In the room ,the fridge was not cleaned .As a matter of fact ,a box of pizza by previous guests was left in the fridge and some sauce .The room was dirty.CLEANING was not done properly ,beds not made well.I was really worried sleeping on it.The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty in the bathroom.A lot of noise from kids that were lodged for a hockey game in the hotel.Really terrible stay

Fire alarm went off at approximately 5:30 am
Couldn’t reach the front desk, everyone exited the building fire department arrived after 1/2 hr ( very poor)
No information front desk personnel not visible & no information. After all clear approx 8:30 allowed back to our rooms, elevator out of service walked up to 5 th floor (not easy for 85 year old) . Walked back down with luggage at 10:30 for check out
