Negatives: Could use an extra chair or couch especially as there was so much space in the room - tv was so small and hard to see and really high?

Negatives: It was a very awkward experience. They start bombarding you with emails right after you can no longer cancel your room, ask you to check in electronically, but when you try to do it won't work as you haven't paid. And then they don't take payment until morning of arrival.... then stop asking me to check in. After payment is made again another email/text. But again you still can't check in as your room isn't clean yet. Ok, then send me the link to check in once my room is clean. If you want to be Digital, use is right and get the usability right so as not to be annoying. Rooms are not sound proof at all. We could hear people yelling, sounded like they were in the hall and they were actually in another room. There are no staff on site after 11pm. They should at least have Security for those people that knock on the front door begging to get let in as they forgot their key...but did they??? It should not be the guests responsibility to let them in. There is also no privacy in the rooms between bedroom and bathroom. If you want to take a bath or shower... well everyone can see you. If you were there with a Spouse... ok, but what if you went with a friend. You better be 'good' friends.

Negatives: no room options with kitchens or even a microwave. heat vents are placed too high to be effective. no fan in bathroom.

Negatives: Parking across the street (in the underground garage) felt a bit unsafe for a single female traveler, although it was without incident.

Negatives: Parking kind of got messed up. Reception said gates had been left open for the Xmas holiday and to just head on in. Ended up costing over 30$ to park for 19 hrs.

Negatives: Pillows are tiny. They are not king sized for a king sized bed.
