Very old and run down. Many of the floor tiles were cracked, very old and outdated bedding, furniture, and room decor.

Positives:
Room was older decor but very neat and tidy. Beds were made and there was little staining around the room. What you can expect for the price but very happy with the hotel for my mother for the night. I can see they are renovating as well which I am happy to see.

The price was very affordable, with basic amenities as expected, and it was clean.
Negatives:
These are not complaints, rather they are suggested improvements for the near future when current construction and renovations in others parts of the motel are finished. Hopefully attention will be given to necessary repairs in rooms like ours. There are broken tiles by the toilet in the bathroom and the drain is chipped in the sink. The baseboard moulding is loose all around the room. The bed is a bit lumpy and sags to the middle.

Room was a dump. Baseboards missing or falling off. Cracked ceramic tile. Bathroom floor by toilet not only had cracked tile, but the floor felt "squishy". Shower pressure was low, the tub by the drain "flexed " when you stepped on it. Definitely signs of sub floor issues. Who puts a non vapor proof electrical octagon box extending out from the bottom of the wall 2 feet from the tub/ shower/ toilet?? Tub/shower faucet ran all night.
