The location was perfect for us. The lady at the counter was nice.
Negatives:
The bathroom door did not close properly. The roof starting leaking over top of the bed during the night. My partner did not want to wake me to change rooms and make a fuss so he just put down a towel and dealt with it. The lady at the counter did not offer any kind of compensation for his discomfort, only said "you should have told us and we could have moved you around." Some form of compensation would have been ideal.

The greeter in the front office was very pleasant and the room was clean.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and although there are curtains, the outside light was very bright, both of which made for a pretty sleepless night for us.
