Between Saturday, Apr 20th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Apr 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Apr 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: Room was very clean and above average size. New floors since we last stayed. Hottub was nice and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. Bed was comfy and clean. We will stay again

Negatives: TV is outdated and could use an upgrade. 2 chairs and a table was handy but one or two comfortable chairs for sitting would be a nice add on.
