Preferred place to stay when in London. Close to highway and family. We drive electric so having charging stations is a major draw because of the convenience. We were on the first floor for this visit and while that made it really convenient to get to the car and breakfast, it was a bit noisier because of increased foot traffic. Other than that, we always have a great stay.
Negatives:
Located behind a “peeler bar”. Could use a little more light in some areas of parking lot and better, more secure fencing.

It was ok,check in was pleasant but the overall experience was overrated based to put on previous reviews.

I booked this room based on previous ratings provided.
While it was pleasantly clean, my room was very very far from front/lobby. As a single female, I would have preferred a room less isolated. There were many unoccupied rooms between mine and reception.
Unfortunately I had left my phone charger plugged into the bedside light plug and forgot to pack my phone charger when I checked out. When I called to ask about it, they said it was not turned in. Very disappointed in the dishonesty.
Will not be back.

It was clean. The evening staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Different eggs on the 2 days.
They accommodated my request for room location.
Negatives:
The entrance was hard to find in the dark. Needs lighted sign by the road.
The day staff were a bit abrupt. Not very helpful. Parking was a bit confusing.
