I booked two beds at the time, and when I arrived there was one large bed. If it had been one bed, I would not have booked your place. I have three children and one small child. I made sure that I booked two beds. One bed was shown on the order. If you don't give in, the front desk won't solve the problem, and even if you ask him to call a taxi, he won't book with you again because of this service.
