Nothing other than the size of the room.
Negatives:
Staff were not friendly, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, the aircon was inconsistent, room telephone didn't work, the night security guard was extremely rude (This was reported to reception but no apology or the name of the security guard was provided to me). Amy at the cafe was extremely rude. Two days on the trott I was told that the Cappuccino machine wasn't working. The night before another waitress made cappuccino from a machine inside.

The elevator was fast.
Negatives:
It was too far from the centre of Toronto.
Several of the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were quite surly.
The living room in the suite was small and had no window.
The closet was small.
The shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion dispensers were empty.
I had to change rooms on my penultimate day due to the noise of the maintenance workers above my room.
The carpeting in the upstairs hallway was worn and fraying.
There were very few channels on the tv and no Netflix, Prime, or other streaming services.

The location was handy for the dance competition we attended. Cleaning staff were very nice and thorough.
Negatives:
We had no heat for both nights. They gave me a portable heater the second night. My kids could not use the pool as it was too cold in the room and they were freezing. I now have 2 children who had to stay home from school as they are sick.

I was compensated with 5000 points which is the equivalent of $30, for 2 nights with no heat. Not pleased.

Yes. They kept my wife in the waiting room for over an hour and later checked her in using Debit card for security deposit. I told them i am on way in an hour and they still kept her waiting untill I was 15 minutes away.
