Could’ve been remodeled. Didnt like that the room by default didn’t have the “do not disturb” door tag. We had to ask for it.

The cleaning lady locked my cat in a room for over 8hrs. I get that she wanted to clean the rest of the room, but open the door when you leave. My cat had her litter box, but didn’t have access to her food and water during that time
