As I mentioned in my countless emails and calls to Best Western Milton and Booking.com, I made an error when booking a hotel room for my Dad, and he actually needed me to book at a different Best Western. I called the hotel and booking.com within 5 minutes of booking, before any card was even charged, and no one was able to give me grace and cancel my booking. I know there are policies in place, but when someone makes a mistake like this and tries to fixit right away, there should be a grace period, especially since my card had not even been charged yet. Best Western Milton had horrible customer service. They said if Booking.com would refund them, the would refund me. Booking.com said the same thing about Best Western. Therefore, I know it was possible to cancel my booking but no one did. After I wrote a bad review of Best Western they called me and told me they would look into it, and if they couldnt refund me they would give me a credit. I deleted my review and then the ghosted me. They would no return my call or emails or even respond to me to give me the credit the promised (in writing). Bad experience. Bad customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone.

No housekeeping I was there for 4 days asked twice for towels never reciceved them I understand you had no housekeeping when Covid was on but it has tamed down now so I think you should at least change the beds at least once in 4 days and not have to ask for towels and bring my own garbage bags in those 4 days for the price you pay

For the most part was good

Terrible stay. Found a cockroach on my bed. Smells like mold throughout the building. Shower head was covered in mildew I couldn't even take a shower. There was hair inside the tub. Absolutely horrible experience.

Bugs inside the room. Very poor cleanliness. Mold/mildew inside the room. Foul odour in the building.

The breakfast was very nice especially the fruit and the staff were very friendly and willing to talk which made a nice beginning to the day. They also remembered us ! The clock in the bedroom was great.

The air conditioning unit was rather noisy and the shower difficult to use
