Our flight was late, we informed the hotel that we were checking in late.
Booked room for family of 4. Only one King bed in room. Sofa bed will not open. Night Staff doesn't know how to open sofa bed.
No extra beddings, pillows or Duvet. I have to sleep on the floor and use bedding spread to cover for cold. Thanks it was summer....
Online checking was down, has to wait 30 min (at 1 am) before allowed to get into the room. Staff refuse to give us room without checking into the computer - which was down.
Morning staff sort out the sofa bed, and provided extra beddings and duvet.

We were beside the elevator and there was probably something broken in it as we were hearing a bang each time someone was using it. Woke us up numerous times! Bed not comfortable at all; way too soft and was rolling around when my husband was moving. Price was not good at all. $300 a night for a very bad experience
