Positives: Nothing, the manager Joseph was dismissive and tried to gaslight me about the issues I brought to his attention.
Negatives: Everything. For the cost, the room was dirty, the bed was stained, there were hairs all throughout the showers and sink. And all the manager did to remedy this was provide room and breakfast. For almost $300 that is exceptionally unacceptable.

Positives: Room was ok
Negatives: The shuttle service was not accommodating for our large group. I called when we got off the plan (9:00 PM) to let them know we will need the shuttle, the fella said to call him when we have our luggage. I called him (9:15 PM)to let him know we had our luggage and he asked how many in our group, I advised 11. He said it would be about 15 min. We had 6 adults (1 was a diabetic) and 5 children. Once you exit the Toronto Airport, you may not go back in. Our Diabetic gal's sugar started to drop and we had to ask the security guard if we could get something to bring her sugar up. Fortunately, they allowed one of our party to go back into the airport and get a juice for her. It was about 45 degrees and since we were coming back from Aruba, most of the party was in shorts. The children were freezing and tired. 45 min later, still no shuttle. I called again, he said he was on his way and will be there in 5 min. An hour after my initial call, he came to the airport with a van full of people and we had 11 in our party. He said he could take 4 of us at this time. So, a couple of our people went back to the hotel in the shuttle to get our vehicles. So we waited another 45 min for our vehicles to come and pick us up. That Shuttle van NEVER SHOWED BACK UP. When we got to the hotel, we were tired and upset. The Hotel clerks said they would speak to the manager and offered us a warm cookie. The next morning, I spoke with the hotel management, He basically just listened to my complaint and said he was sorry that happened. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!
