Positives: Staff were friendly and hotel was in a good location.

Negatives: They only offer to tidy your room every second day for “guest privacy” which actually means cost savings for the hotel. Also, room was dated with cracks in ceramic floors and bathtub looked dirty because of how old it was.

Negatives: "Breakfast included" was a con job, a la carte breakfast, you pay if you want extra item, breakfast staff has a scowl on their face. Vegan breakfast is not available, pancakes became smaller over my 4 night stay. They start late, dinner is over before 9 PM. Hotel sells bottled water, imagine in a country that has the best natural water resources, this Hotel sells bottled water. There should be a law against them. There are no water filters on each floor, there is a water fountain and I could see mothers with infants struggling to fill up bottles of water for their kids. This Hotel wants to fleece Customers. Shameful.
