Positives: Lovely big room and bathroom on the 12th Floor. Everything we needed. Excellent included breakfast with good choice. We were offered a late checkout (2pm) as our flight was not until early evening. Much appreciated. We used the free shuttle bus for our arrival and departure. No dramas and the driver kindly helped us with our luggage.
Negatives: During our wait to go to the airport, there was nothing in the vicinity to do. Nowhere to walk to and no shuttle to a mall as none nearby. The pool was empty and undergoing renovation.

Positives: Hotel was clean in the lobby and common areas.
Negatives: The room was super loud because of A/C, random noises, as well as guests in the hall. Bed was one of the worst I've ever had in a hotel, very "sinky" and noisey. Elevators were slow and unpredictable. The hot tub was closed for maintenance the entire stay even though it looked perfectly maintained, but the pool was open and looked like it could actually use some maintenance. Saw an ant in the bathroom of all places. For the price of this hotel you can certainly find better!

Positives: Close to airport with shuttle. Very attractive lobby, restaurant and snack bar area. Pool and gym good. Front desk Ukrainian employee very hospitable and accommodating. Coffee tea provided in room and lobby.
Negatives: The room I was first given overlooked an awning with pigeons and filth. 3rd floor. 2nd room better 5th floor. Bathtub needed stopper. Offer free movie channels. Overpriced.

I encountered a problem with my booking and she treated me like trash. When my husband was on the phone to sort things out ,SHE PUT HIM ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 15MIN AND GUESS WHAT SHE WAS DOING WHILE HE IS WAITING!!!! EATING!!!! , she was mocking me to her colleague on the counter and I am disgusted by her treatment. I am 3month pregnant and after 16hr flight I could barely stand.
