Breakfast was great, close to the airport. Shuttle was a great feature
Negatives:
Restaurant/bar closed early before their posted hours. Staff stated that “it was up to the person working” when questioned about it. My husband went to the little shop downstairs instead to grab packaged sandwiches for us and they couldn’t even give him a price for the food. They stated “I’ll add it to your room” but couldn’t give him a total price. The staff member said “I don’t know I just write it down and add it to your room I don’t know the total”. Lol
Our toilet in our room would consistently run noisily and we had to manually turn it off to make the noise stop. Very few tv channels for younger kids. We stayed at embassy suites by Hilton the week before for slightly cheaper and it was leaps and bounds better. Newer facilities, super nice staff. The garden inn seems older, and staff are not as welcoming and helpful.

I had a very long layover at the airport so I wanted to get a room to sleep. It was directly connected to the terminal so I did t have to go outside. I was traveling from the Caribbean so I was in shorts and a T-shirt. It was so nice to be able to walk through the terminal directly into the hotel.
Only downside was a homeless guy sleeping in the terminal, just outside the hotel doors.
I informed the hotel staff when I arrived and they said they would address the issue. They apologized for that and gave me a discount on the room without me even asking for it
