Well I got a reminder from Booking.com to leave a review so here I'm leaving my review after 2 months.
I had a bad experience; I checked in very late, around 4 AM so I had only around 8 hrs to check-out, after a long day and driving for long distance, so I woke up late around 12:30; the front desk at check-in offered to check out at 12 or 12:30, I can't remember, while I was preparing myself to leave the room, around 13:10 the gentleman from the front desk came and knocked the door saying that it shows to our head office that the guest still in the room and the security could come anytime, I was unhappy for this attitude and felt disrespectful, and this led to a mutual argument I asked the gentleman to be respectful and charge me for the late checkout instead of talking to me in this way; unfortunately an argument went to a not pleased level، I used the F word, and he named me idiot two times.
I left the room at 13:30, went to the front desk, and asked to pay for this extra hour; the gentleman said listen to me first; I listened to him he said what he wanted to say when it was my turn to speak, he refused to listen like I listened to him and asked me to leave in disrepectful.
The hotel business is a business that has direct contact with the guests; as a rule of thumb, a Hotel should have a good customer service and respect their guests and be considerable, putting in their mind the guest's comfort and satisfaction.
This level of treating guests is unacceptable, and I wonder if this Hotel trained their staff! I was expecting the hotel without asking be considerable and seek for the guest comfort and offer a late check-out untill 2 p.m for example not kick them out
For a 1 hr late and threating me by bringing the security!! That's so shame; I'm a genius member of booking.com, have booked so far hundreds of reservations and have been to around 40 countries, never experienced such a thing.

The one and only stay.
A/C and wi do were great.
Room felt dirty when I entered for the first time. Floor covered in hair and debris throughout the entire room. Killed ants on my first night. Two wooden chairs to watch tv in...hard to get comfortable. Ran the hot water in bathroom for at least 10 mins before the water got warm. Bed lumpy as cheap mashed potatoes. Walls and floor only contain wood. No concrete.like living in someone's basement...so much thumping/banging.
the room needs to be sprayed to get rid of bugs and ants
The customer service was ok overall but the lady that helped us with the checkin was a bit rude et seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the motel and what amenities were available.
The facility is clean .
There was no microwave and fridge in the room. First time I ever see that in history i saw that
