It's a hospital not a hotel(think booking dot com would know what they're offering their customers). Booking.com left me hanging and all effort on my part to be relocated for over 4 hours. Been 2 months still waiting for refund and continuous run around. You think booking agency would check what they offer and not leave customers in limbo on their mishap. Also go above and beyond to rectify the situation. Not cause ongoing stress and frustration.

I was very unhappy with the situation. It turned out to be a scam, and your company bears responsibility for it. I wasted an hour driving there and another two hours on the phone with a representative who provided no assistance whatsoever. This has been a terrible experience, and I am extremely dissatisfied.
Negatives:
I didn't appreciate the fact that your company is so eager to advertise, sell, and take money, but didn't put any effort into verifying the locations. I also didn't like the fact that someone was running a scam, but most of all, I'm disappointed that you didn't investigate it or provide any real solutions.

The property is not there in Mississauga.
When we reached there at 10:30pm on front door there are notices saying that this property is not a motel 6 anymore contact booking.com or Burlington branch.
Burlington branch never answer the calls and booking.com did nothing but waste our one hour more .
They keep saying that they are trying to reach supervisor as this is a big issue which they can’t control.
The supervisor doesn’t answer their calls.
We booked another property on the spot which is so expensive .

This location IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS! The Canadian government has taken over this location to house people who have no other place to live. We were told upon arrival that this has been the case for at least the last 2 years!! WHY IS THIS LOCATION LISTED AS AN OPTION ON YOUR WEBSITE???? No wonder it had the least expensive room rate! THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE ROOMS TO BE HAD!!!
