The front desk guy was very kind tried to make it right but unless he totally remodeled the hotel there was nothing he could do. Unfortunately it's the only hotel near the Hamilton airport. Hope another one is built and this one shut down by public health

Dirty, smelled like dirty wet dog,curtains half off the patio door, could see the sag on the mattress and couch, scratches on the walls, felt the dirt in the air. Ended up leaving and forgoing the money spent that's how dirty it was. Should be condemned.

Room smells even thought the staff tried helping me by getting a machine to take off the bad room smell , also carpet was not cleaned for the five nights I stayed for and also I found bugs and insects at that carpet

Despite the price, there are certain minimum standards that hotels need to be held accountable to. The room was smoke free but it smelled like cigarets. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is questionable as well.

Very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the place was; I only heard a door slam once.

Internet service was not working. I was unable to get channels on the TV. I did not expect to have to pay a $200 deposit. The breakfast was meager, but I wasn't expecting much for what I paid.
