Positives:
The beds were comfortable and the location was close to amenities. The woman I spoke with in the morning, Diane, was very friendly and helpful and ended up resolving the issue I had with my reservation on booking.com and secured me a refund after I was made to pay twice upon checkin.
Negatives:
I reserved through booking.com but it was not appearing in their system on site. The front desk staff told me they would follow up and get back to me, asking that I pay again in the meantime, but never called me. When I discovered the tv in the room was so old that it didn't have an hdmi input, I asked if anything could be done and again was told they would have to get back to me and ,again, I never heard anything. When I checked out, I asked if there had been any resolution to the reservation issue I had when checking in and the woman at the desk had no idea what I was talking about. Very poor customer service by the gentleman I dealt with during the night I stayed. No attempt to resolve my issues or to communicate with me or with the following shift, even after saying he would "follow up."

The hotel looks run-down - second floor carpet is bunching up in the middle, someone could get injured. In more than one room there are white streaks all over the walls of the bathroom. The curtains in my room were broken.
