The beds were comfortable pool was nice and location was perfect.

The parking i paid for per nite and 2 of the days I couldn't even park in the lot that I paid for. Snacks and toiletries were slim picking.

$20 Extra fee for parking and they don't have enough parking spots. I almost had to park somewhere else.
The breakfast eggs (fried not scrambled) tasted like fake and the juice machine was out of order.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is based in walking distance from the main Niagara Falls at a fraction of the price from some of the other hotels in the area.
Negatives:
Taking into account the exceptional value for money to stay, the breakfast was limited but would still fill you up and the neighbourhood you had to be careful, but it wouldn't put me off staying again due to the value for money and friendly staff.

I booked this hotel mainly based on the photos on Booking.com, but the reality was quite different. The room was acceptably clean, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning/heating system, which was also quite noisy.
Another major disappointment was the pool. It was advertised as a heated pool, but when we checked, it was cold. When we asked the reception about it, they simply said, “It will remain as it is — not supported.”
