Breakfast! There was no variety and the same everyday. It was too busy and chefs could not keep up with orders (Mistakes). By the time you have your special cooked egg, everything is cold and the coffee could be better. no Variety and not strong enough. That was the biggest dissapoitment for me

The view from the 29th floor was absolutely spectacular and the reason we booked this hotel. The view was perfect and everything we hoped for!
The room itself was nice and the complimentary evening drinks were also a nice surprise.
Negatives:
The deposit of 200 CAD was charged for each night of the stay which we did not expect, so have extra funds ready for your trip.
The breakfast was rather mediocre quality and I would expect normal glasses and not plastic in such a hotel.
The staff at the reception wasn’t very helpful and even though it was not high season, you could feel they are fed up with their job…
