The room had a lovely view, and we were placed on a higher floor. The staff were very professional. The hotel is very close to the falls, but there is a fee to use the cable car for direct access to the falls. The breakfast was good.

The elevators and morning buffet time need to be improved. Also the staff in the dining area and the kitchen operation manager had not customer care mind and no quality of services AT ALL. The hotel management has better enforce their staff education since it’s a resort area. We never stay at this location again. We waited for the elevator to go down to the 9th floor for the breakfast at 8:50 and could arrive 9:30am. Me and my family members were in the buffet before us and me and my family were delayed for 45 minutes just because of the traffic of the elevator. The female staff there said the buffet was closed so we could go in. We explained patiently but she did not allow us to go in by just saying it’s closed. There were our families and friends still in there. No apologies no flexibility no respect to the guests had wasted time by the hotel elevator for 45 minutes! I called the manager there from the kitchen but he did not care what happened and very irresponsibly said it’s elevators issues and there was not their problem. We felt the staff there had no loyalty and no respect both hotel and hotel guests. He said go ahead to contact the corporate office and improve the elevator issues and breakfast operation hours. Is that our job?! That’s his responsibility to report our voice to the upper management. The buffet hours must be extended if there is an issue of the elevator in the morning time instead of handing out a piece of sheet said the elevator busy time. And train the hotel staff at all departments not just the front desk.

Small pool for the size of the hotel. A lot of hidden fees. Parking prices were deceiving from website. $75 to park on site daily was unexpected. Elevators were always crowded and you could be waiting awhile to use them, especially during check in time and breakfast.
