The Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview is an all luxury suites Hotel and only a hundred yards away from brink of the Falls. It offers spacious two room suites with a separate living room and bedroom. All guests are welcomed by an evening reception including snacks and two complimentary drinks. Negatives: The fact that i paid over $1000 to stay there, and they proceeded to gouge you for an additional $75 a night for parking. On top of that, a basic feature any cheap motel has is free wifi.. over $1000 for a room and they need to gouge you $10 a day for wifi on top of that? Absolutely ridiculous. Will never spend another dollar there.

Positives: The location is perfect, and our view was beautiful, the staff are very courteous; however there are issues that overcome the positives from our experience. My bill far exceeds what I was told it would be. I was charged valet parking for every day I was there even though the car never moved. There are miscellaneous fees totaling $386.32. I was offered an upgrade at check in, I was told an extra $200 a night, for 2 nights, but I was charged a total of $927.20!!!! To say I’m angry and disgusted is an understatement! I will never return to Embassy Suites. Oh and for all that money, the shower door was broken and didn’t close all the way!

Negatives: See the above note!! My bill is not even close to what I was told it would be, I will be disputing it.
