Positives:
Staff were very good at the reception they upgraded the room for us without we ask this make our stay more enjoyable. Parking was okay. we parking off location. The only bad thing was the reasecet attitude of one driver of the shuttle . He gave us a bad face look because we are Muslims ladies. We greet him, and he does not even reply back. At the same time, he picked up others, and he was super friendly with them.

Staff didn’t help in pointing out offsite parking options, which btw were far more inexpensive and closer than even Embassy offsite parking. Also no made to order breakfast as their website advertises. And booking thru Booking.com the front desk didn’t honor what i paid for on the view.

Overcharged by 1000 euro and had to wait for refund for 2 weeks, which is not acceptable when travelling!

Not nearly enough elevators for the lower floors. People were fighting to get into one when it eventually came.
Brekfast was aweful. Especially for dietary intolerances.
Hotel felt like it was ready for a re-fit. Dated.

The view of the falls from the room was amazing.

The crazy amount of people in line for drinks and breakfast. We ended up having drinks and breakfast somewhere else. Also the wait for the elevators was really long because there were so many people there.

The washroom was very dirty when we checked in, it hadn’t been cleaned at all! We had to wait a long time even after calling the receptionist and going personally to the reception desk. Very disappointed with the service!!

Bed placement was poor. If you placed it on the opposite wall you could lay in bed and enjoy the view of the horseshoe falls. That would have been a wonderful experience
