Friendly staff. Convenient breakfast. Good coffee machine

Outsid column looked wrecked. Outside parking lot could use a resurface. Next door neighbor's lot was a trashy mess that was just outside the front door. Niagara City should force property owners to keep up repairs and trash picked up in front.

Hotel is filthy, linens are not clean, limited small cheap towels, spiders on the wall, the swimming pool looks like a fish pond. Overall, i would not recommend to anyone!

The mattress was a box spring w/ a pad on it. The door frame was broken and no hole to lock deadbolt. Bathroom floor was always flooded. They mopped it twice then wanted to leave it for us to take care of it. Floors dirty. Bed covers had holes.

Terrible quality of room. Bad experience for my trip. The washroom is disgusting. I had to cover the curtain otherwise i cannot go to the Washroom. Hair on the sink and the bed. $--- for that room????? Its not meet the standards to become motel

hotel did not give back our $150 deposit...we left the room in better condition then we found it.

It was worse than your worse nightmare. Disgusting mold everywhere, cobwebs, broken windows and screens, tv didnt work and the two towels we received were dirty!
