We liked our spacious room, quiet and peaceful area and very accessible to the attraction spots of Niagara, staff are friendly too. I love the main entrance ambiance so cozy and rustic ♥️

Nothing so far. We were surprised that their pool is already open and we weren’t informed of it so my baby wasn’t able to try it. Sad because, he loves to swim.

I arrived at this hotel with the intention of having a pleasant night. I made a reservation through Booking.com, and the process of obtaining the room was very easy.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I completed the check-in and went to the room that was assigned to me. As soon as I entered, I immediately noticed that the heating was not working. I contacted the front desk, they sent a technician, and he confirmed that the heating system was not functioning.
Because of this, we were moved from room 242 to room 335. I arrived at the new room, left my luggage, and went out to dinner, trusting that everything would be fine.
When I returned around 2 a.m. to sleep, I noticed bodily fluids on the bed sheets. I called the front desk, and they sent someone to change the sheets. However, this person began questioning me, implying that I had dirtied the bed, when in reality I had not even spent more than five minutes in the room since it was given to me.
I informed the front desk staff that I could not trust the cleanliness of the hotel and that I did not feel comfortable, so I decided to request a refund since I did not make use of the room. I contacted a Booking.com agent, but they did not resolve the issue and only added 16 points to my account as compensation for the inconvenience.
Honestly, I find this situation unacceptable. I would like to receive a full refund and leave the rating that this hotel truly deserves, so that no one else has to go through such an unpleasant experience.

Hallways were very dark, tall floor laps used for lighting. My husband had to search for an ice machine that worked, ended up in an area of the hotel that was pitch dark. “Upgraded room” had view of hotel pool.
