Its a bit far from Clifton Hill have to drive or take the bus but that shouldn't stop you from staying here only thing I didn't really like was parking is 18 dollars a day so it cost me 40$ on top of my room rental

2. Waiting 3-5 business days to get my security deposit back with being notified of the wait at check-in.
3. The room was dimly. The bathroom in particular was very dim to the point of being difficult to get ready using the mirror.
