Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls Lundys Lane

Negatives: The place needs a good makeover. The beds are uncomfortable. The tv wasn’t working. The toilet roll and the coffee maker were missing. Very old bathroom. Carpet was dirty. Internet was very weak.

Negatives: They lied about breakfast: when i booked they said they do eggs anc cereal for breakfast… all they had for breakfast was bread n bagels n muffins, I came with my partner and our two very young kids. They give us a room on the third floor with a broken glass window that they taped up. The room was very dingy. The tv didn't work. Theres no microwave and no fridge. They told us we have to pay extra if we want a fridge. This is the worst Place we ever stayed at. When we complained about the Room it took them one hour to get us into a different room. The new room had a tv that had only 5 working channels and such horrible resolution as if it was a tv in the 1990s

Negatives: BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGS. GOT bitten and was swollen all over. I had to get rid of most of our belongings. The place was dirty and noisy as well. DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL.

Negatives: Everything about the travel lodge is terrible, rooms are horrible, beds are spring mattress, very uncomfortable, asked for an extra pillow, was told didn't have any more, marks and scratches all over the room and building, parking lot full of pot holes,which they want you to pay to park in, only 1 night stand in room, no mini fridge or microwave, breakfast consists of a few bags and some juice. Towels weren't changed out, neither was the bedding. I would not recommend staying at this place, very terrible place to stay.

Negatives: The staff are good! But the property was so suck! Dirt everywhere! Our bed is a lot of hair , stains and dirt! Very disappointed. We would never recommend and come back again to this place ! One more thing the pool seems not cleaned! No pool towel provided!

Negatives: The breakfast was not that optional.

Negatives: The behavior of the employees, the behavior of the manager, they didn't return the deposit money to me and finally told me to get the receipt from booking.com, it's their problem not us

Negatives: Very bad customer service, dirty rooms, loud AC, dogs barking in the corridor at night, no breakfast in the morning available. Lots of noise by the their teams members at night knocking on the doors. It was terrible terrible experience. They hold 100$ as security deposit, that was unacceptable.

Negatives: Dirty floors, mold in small fridge , beds dirty and uncomfortable, ants in bathroom! People living there, some screaming ! No hot tub, or arcade! ( as advertised)
