Negatives: The room. YIKES. Mentally prepare yourself. Our first room we checked into, had garbage on the floor, old disposable cups, dirty tissues, hair on the white bedding, disgusting chunks and spots in the sink, and the window did not lock, wide open to the world. Went to the front desk, asked for a different room .. the second one, perfect opposite, the window didn't open at all, it was crusted shut from not being cleaned ever. The floors were dirty, used a towel to wipe up the floor so we could be in there without shoes. I always travel with disinfectant, so I cleaned the tub and sink, and we were able to use the bathroom. We went during the eclipse, so I paid $130 for the first night and $250 for the second night. Absolutely grossed out. Happy to see though, on a regular day, the room goes for about $60/night. For $60/night, not bad. Not good, but not bad. For $130 & $250/night, absolutely gross and unacceptable. The pool was awesome! We had to walk outside across the parking lot to get to where the pool is, which is fine for the walk from the room to the pool, but it sucks for the wet cold walk back lol. For $50/night, I would recommend. Anything more $, book somewhere else.

Negatives: Floors dirty.. rooms broken.. no lights, weird smell. Worse stay ever

Negatives: I would not stay at this hotel again. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. For the rate we paid for the room, there was no cable with the TV. When we arrived in the room there was only one towel. The room was supposed to come with breakfast, which was very poor. No hot food, except coffee. They advertised that there was a Restuarant onsite, but no Restuarant available to the Guests. Rooms need a major update.

Negatives: First of all, we got a room we had no lights no heat no lightbulbs no remote control TV didn’t work. We got a second room didn’t even have a TV but we had heat.

Negatives: Everything! We were really thinking of going back to our vehicle and sleep there.

Negatives: The pool wasn't really clean and guests were not informed of pool rules such as showering before swimming. There were extra charges for parking and more for a pet. The fine print in the rental document was not disclosed. There was a 100 dollar security deposit. Front desk staff were not always in a good mood or friendly. Breakfast was disorganized and of poor quality.

Negatives: Unfortunately, our recent stay at Travelodge Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. It was hands down the worst travel experience we've ever had. Upon checking into our room, we were greeted with a sight of dirty clothes left in the drawer from the previous guest—a clear indication that cleanliness was not a priority. We requested a room change, only to discover that the mattress in the second room was broken beyond repair. Moving on to the third room, we encountered yet another issue—the door key didn't work. The lack of basic amenities such as fridges and microwaves was also disappointing. To add insult to injury, we were forced to rent an outdated fridge from the hotel. The list of grievances doesn't end there. The room was devoid of a TV remote, and when one was finally provided, the TV had no channels. Broken fixtures, dirty sinks, a hair dryer not working, and other maintenance issues plagued the room, creating an atmosphere of discomfort and dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing our concerns with empathy and professionalism, we were met with hostility. The final straw came when, at 11 p.m., we were informed that there were no available rooms and were offered a refund and the cancellation of our booking as a solution. Overall, our experience was nothing short of a disaster. We urge future guests to reconsider staying here unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and the staff's attitude towards customer service.
