We did not have breakfast there. If it was included we were not made aware of that. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
The taps in our room were reversed so at first we thought we had no hot water. Then we got charged again for the room even though we had already paid through booking.com and we showed the desk clerk the receipt. That was refunded eventually but very stressful in the meantime

Over the years the Hilton footprint has been upgraded to modern, efficiency whichever you choose, I really appreciate that consistently. This particular hotel is set to host so many private and comfortable seating areas inside & out. The staff were wonderful, each one we encountered. Super clean, good food

The A/C system of the rooms was awful, very noisy and tricky to setup. It was a very old system.
The ceilings is low which causes discomfort.
There were no disposable toothbrushes and slippers, which reminded me of 2 star hotels.

Big clean room, microwave and coffee machine in the room, very pretty view out of the window, plenty of parking

Location in the name is a little misleading - it's a 18-minute drive to the Niagara-on-the-lake town. Housekeeping not daily (every second day). A bottle of water in the room was $2.00 CAD.

Good value, excellent central location, clean room and comfortable beds, also very clean pool and the hot tub was so good and perfect temp. Delish food and great options at the restaurant on-site… we got ‘carry-out’ and took it to our room. I would definitely stay here again.

Could use better cable stations/options and ability to sign in to Netflix on TV.
