New, fast, safe feeling elevators!
Pool is open late until 11pm!
Love the Dove bottled products in the bathroom. No more slimey slippery mini bar of soap!
Negatives:
1. None at reception answered the phone when I was calling at 1am, several attempts!
2. Bkft ends at 9:30am - that is much too early!
3. There is no hand held shower in the bathroom.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the breakfast. We stayed two nights so took advantage of the breakfast twice. I particularly enjoyed the coffee, bacon, cinnamon buns and pancakes. The eggs were a bit overcooked so did not enjoy them as much. The eating area was clean and bright and the staff very attentive to everyone's needs. The pool was a great place to exercise and relax at the end of each day.
Negatives:
The air conditioner in our room was very noisy and cycled on and off frequently (we had it set at 22 degrees). I did mention this to the staff at checkout. We were in an "accessible" room and the sliding door for the bathroom did not completely cover the door opening space, which limited privacy there.
