I booked the hotel because of my birthday and they didn’t even bother giving me a bottle of water as a courtesy. Even though I asked, staff and even the Manager didn’t treat me as I expected. Very cheap.

Room was comfortable and clean, it had a small kitchen, good breakfast variety, the pool was nice as well. Located only 15min away from the main attractions at Niagara Falls
Negatives:
Only one reception was working on the Holiday Inn, not sure why they have two hotels at the same location. Bathroom has the sink separate from the toilet and shower. Bed was not actual queen size.

Bed was comfortable, clean, quiet, breakfast was a hot buffet and the best choices yet in any hotel we have been in. Dwayne the chef went above and beyond as he put the GF bread in a separate toaster. Staff were very friendly. Our suite was great as we cooked supper in it. Everything we needed was in the kitchen.
