Staff friendly, room clean and quiet. Restaurant had good breakfast choices.

I don’t have an issue but no elevator access to 2nd floor. So if mobility issues ask for 1st floor.

Nicely located across the lake...
Positives:
Away from downtown but not too far from everything. Close to the water. Very friendly staff and services.
Negatives:
Pool was very dirty... also paid $100 more than any other hotel because it was the only one with a hot tub and the hot tub broken the first night we were there..

We didn't eat at the hotel. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in the rather high cost of accommodation.
The staff were excellent, friendly and efficient.
Negatives:
We were next to the laundry and it was noisy early in the morning. The pool was pleasant but the steps were difficult to go up and down. There was no Jacuzzi room as requested in reservation.
