The room was clean and quiet, which helped after a long day. Housekeeping did a good job, and the location is convenient for North York.
Negatives:
The woman at the front desk during check-in was passive-aggressive, which ruined the mood right before Halloween and honestly still lingers. It was cold in the room at night, and when I turned on the heating, it smelled strongly of dust and dirt. The minibar had only two tiny bottles of water, and I was charged an unexpected $85 fee for my chihuahua — not disclosed anywhere in advance.
