The room was clean and quiet, which helped after a long day. Housekeeping did a good job, and the location is convenient for North York.
Negatives:
The woman at the front desk during check-in was passive-aggressive, which ruined the mood right before Halloween and honestly still lingers. It was cold in the room at night, and when I turned on the heating, it smelled strongly of dust and dirt. The minibar had only two tiny bottles of water, and I was charged an unexpected $85 fee for my chihuahua — not disclosed anywhere in advance.

My 2 year old daughter a friend and I came in town for the marathon. It was a wonderful stay. I most appreciated how sweet the front desk staff was to my daughter. That meant everything to me. We definitely stay again.

1. They gave me the worst room in hotel which I changed
2. 3 pieces of nuts and pastry stolen from my suitcase. I informed the hotel manager on 15th Oct and he promised to investigate but he disappeared and gave no report
3. Hotel corridors has no CCTV
4. Breakfast was aweful
5. Room was not made and I again protested. Towels not changed, bed made very bad, coffee capsuls punctured and not changed
