Positives: The room was comfortable. The cleaning staff ensured the room was tidy. Breakfast was nice.
Negatives: I feel the air conditioning could have been better. The noise from the fan was pretty loud. The room took a while to cool or warm up when the thermostat was adjusted. For breakfast, I think the apple juice could have been placed where customers can easily access themselves rather than have a waiter serve.

Positives: Nice staff, welcoming, rooms are spacious and loved the cn tower view . it even has a grocery shop in the lobby open till 11 am . I would recommend this place for the future .
Negatives: The staff for breakfast need to be more professional. How difficult it is to have an omelet ready ! They only accepted to do a two sunny side up very basic . Cappuccino are not part of the breakfast they made me pay for it . The voucher for free breakfast given by the lady at the restaurant was somehow misplaced and this very same lady got in argument with me how come I lost it and I had to interrupt her and ask to leave .

Negatives: Facilities. No cold water. Hot and hot in both side of tabs throughout the day on and odd. Elevator is just ridiculous-open close multiple times before it moves. Forever to open on each floor. Nothing working properly. Fire drill in the middle of the night is unacceptable. Charged more than what booking dot come listed

Negatives: 1. Misleading amenities- The room telephone indicates in- room dining. when dialed, nobody picks up. The front desk said they could connect me to the restaurant for the menu but failed three times. 2. Continuous fire alarms- 4th october- 3am; fire alarm- extremely loud and led to distress. they later announced that it was a drill. A fire drill at 3AM is harassment. The same day around 10/11 am- another loud alarm. 6th October- another loud alarm in the morning 3. Delayed cleaning- We asked the cleaner for come clean the room multiple times but they were late. 4. Staff behaviour- We were staying for our wedding week and were extremely tired. We went to ask the front desk regarding the alarms and the other issues mentioned above. they said it was a real issue although it was announced as a drill. The staff seemed confused and uninformed themselves. The manager, Constance, said they were going to give us a compensation for the inconveniences caused, but ended up only offering us a complimentary breakfast/drinks. In the evening, we checked they actually sent it to the incorrect email address. They reassured us they will take corrective actions for the inconveniences and send another email. 5. Reverse complaint- Instead of sending apology and compensatory offers, we learnt that they had made a reverse report of our reaction to Booking.com. It is natural that there would be client dissatisfaction based on the experiences above so it was unnecessary of them to do so. They knew our wedding ceremony was going to be yesterday and made sure they send a complaint when we are going to be away. I have been a member of Booking.com for 10+ years, am a Level 4 Genius member and have never had a negative experience so far. because of my trust in Booking, I hope the agent will make the right communication with the hotel and provide me with the best possible compensatory offer.
