There was dust literally everywhere even inside the coffee machine. I am sure the sheets are not even washed untill they are strained. The carpets looked as if they were not vacuumed cleaned in ages. The curtain in our room was dusty and was for torn

One lady at the reception would not let us check early for free and didn’t tell us that we can have our bags store at the storage. So we had to sit at the lobby from 9am with all our suitcases after a rough night. She would not even let us checking 1 hour earlier.
