Made a simple request during booking - extra towels - and it went unfulfilled. Wifi kept disconnecting.

The manager in charge was very friendly and moved us away from the floors full of children. The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The woman who checked us in, Dani, had an attitude. The policy of not leaving your dog in the room is deeply stupid, and we were quoted a $50 fee for pets, not the $75 we were charged.
