The staff were very kind and helpful.
Negatives:
A lot of the building seems old and in need of repair or replacement. The pool was closed due to a leaking roof. The air quality inside the building was dusty and unpleasant. The air conditioning was loud and seemed to make the air quality worse, and the windows don’t open. I was glad I only had to stay one night.

Positives:
I actually stayed for 7 nights, not 1. I booked each night separately in case I needed to cancel any, but I didn't. When I checked in, I was upgraded to the 6th floor because it had already been renovated, and renovations were still happening on other floors. So I had an extra-comfortable stay. All staff that I encountered were very helpful and pleasant. I didn't use the restaurant, so I can't comment on that.
