It was suitable for the duration. There was easy access to the highway and restaurants. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The carpet had a horrible odor and I requested to change rooms during the second week. The carpets in general need to be cleaned thoroughly. The room was very dark and barely had sunlight. The room was facing a roof.
The staff barely speaks to you in general, except one gentleman I would see in the mornings. They pretty much kept to themselves. The bathroom doesn't drain properly so while showering the tub fills with water.
The sinks need a deep scrub overall - black substance under the rims.

Great hotel but they need...
Positives:
Stay was pretty good. The staff are great! The room could have been better, but it was also pretty good. I would encourage some changes in order to get an exceptional rating. The shower was basically clean, but for me, the appearance of very clean is preferable. The shower floor is textured, so I imagine it would be difficult for cleaning staff to make perfect. It looks stained or like ground in dirt over time. Also, the corners could be cleaned up. I would also love it better if the beds had a white duvet cover over the blanket, but instead, there is a white sheet, then a white blanket, topped with a white bedspread. I wouldn't think they wash the white blanket between every stay, so my suggestion is to use a duvet cover like many of the Holiday Inn's do. I think they do their best with what they have to work with. Overall, I would rate somewhere between good and very good.
