Only stayed 12 hours as couldn’t get back due to snow, but clean and nice seen it had a pool so good value if you were able to use all facilities

The staff is nice and supportive. The bedroom is ok with a nice bathroom.

The bed is too soft and the pillows are terrible.

There was no breakfast available at the hotel. TVs were not smart TV

Positives:
Very clean. Very conscientious staff. Close to restaurants and supermarkets.
Negatives:
Not very soundproof. Our room faced the roof and there was a lot of motor noise. Furnace. Air conditioning. And the bathtub was very slow draining

Shower did not have any hot water, unless you turned the sinks on for a few minutes and cut them off. Then the shower had hot water for about 5 minutes.

liked closeness to restaurants , easy access pool, excellent front desk staff in salim.
small snack bar convenient.
Negatives:
poll temperature was too cold to use pool. even our granddaughter would not go in.
hot tub warm enough but need better jet propulsion/speed.
may be the new way but room cleaning schedule was different.
