Great staff. I think they’re a little bit overworked. Good location. Rather pricey

staff saw that the tub was dirty but did not clean it, it was dirty daily due to the slow flow

The staff was uniformly cheerful and professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was very pleasant and the staff a delight.
Negatives:
There are two safety issues that concerned us. One was that the bathtub really needs TWO safety bars. Because of the narrowness of the tub, the curvature of the bottom is accentuated and therefore makes one’s footing a bit precarious. The second concerns the driveway into and out of the hotel property. When exiting during commuter hours, turning out into that road with oncoming traffic can be a little dicey. The cars really don’t seem to know to slow down when approaching that exit for hotel guests.

It is kid friendly and pet friendly.

It is not adult friendly - and it is shabby! From the tired looking corridors and lobby to the clutter at the front desk, only one working elevator and probably the shortest toilets in the world (I thought it was a kid toilet), it did not inspire a warm, welcoming and clean environment.

Location, no cleaning service or new towels over the entire stay; our garbage was overflowing by the end of our trip. No free water included, had to pay for a water bottle every day; could not adjust temperature in room so we were cold every night

It was decent because of the staff but due to location and things mentioned above, will probably not return

We love the location and the hotel is a clean place. The breakfast deal is an awesome feature here. The rooms are nicely laid out with the kitchenet.

The last few times we have ran across kids' hockey teams that take over a large part of the hotel. The kids are usually wondering around by themselves. They jump on and off the elevators with no supervision
