There were no lounge chairs outside the pool area, no umbrella’s. Was not clean and weeds growing between bricks, very dirty, gazebo was full of cigarette buts everywhere in the gazebo, chairs were broken. When we got there they gave us our room keys and when we went into the room it had a very bad odour of wet dog, they gave us a new room, the next day the ceiling in the bathroom fell in the tub, so they gave us a new room. This was not a good start, the manager was very nice about everything but I don’t think this was a good vacation

I think location is perfect as it was close to shopping, dining and not to far to travel to the Casino. Breakfast was great. Loved the room size and sleeping was comfortable.
Next time we will try the pool and hottub. We were not prepared for that.

Front desk person was not friendly at all. When I asked a question he was short with me as if I was out of this world.
The fan in our washroom did not work, the toilet seat was very loose (I tightened it myself), the TV was of very poor quality and it looked like a curtain was used for the top layer of our bedding.!
Very dated hotel for a best western. I’m sure this hotel does not live up to Best Western specs !!!
