Positives:
The staff are amazing! We have stayed at the Comfort Inn twice now and they always make you feel welcomed. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, nice hot shower, microwave oven in the room and a mini fridge. The breakfast is the best I've ever had as an inclusion at a hotel. The lady that runs the breakfast is so awesome. There is always either bacon or sausage, one type of egg (we had scrambled the first time and a cheese omelet the second stay), potatoes, muffins, lots of toast options, a waffle maker, yogurt and fresh fruit. We will never stay anywhere else when we're in Orillia. It's also pet friendly and our doggo loves being there!

Nothing. I have zero complaints.

Location was good. Being put on the second floor with no elevator and carrying a lot of things was a inconvenience.
Negatives:
Told us there was no elevator. Also have 2 people to book people in.
There was only 1 person to register people.

Our room was a nice size, one thing I didn’t like was the sheets smelt slightly damp, a musty smell, but everything else was good. Breakfast was well laid out and plenty of it. A good choice.

Friendly staff. I was still recovering from surgery and used a walker so I appreciated them putting us in a room close to the front of the hotel. The room was very clean and there was a very good assortment of food for breakfast.
